AMY’S FAV’ RECIPES: OCTOBER EDITION OF HEALTHY EATING

Hello, my foodie friends!

The leaves are turning, mornings are crisp, and Fall is officially here! For some of us, that means saying goodbye to our beautiful summer gardens and bountiful harvests of veggies and fruits. It also means that it’s time to say hello to all sorts of Fall goodies like squash, pumpkin, and feel-good recipes that bring comfort and warmth to the table.

There’s something about serving a nice warm soup and coming together as a family to dish up. It’s one of my favorite meals to both make, eat, and share! It’s also a constant dish. I can’t tell you how many times a year I just empty the fridge with an abundance of veggies and throw together a delicious pot of veggie soup! And somehow, it never disappoints.

Food is the ingredient that binds us together.
