During 2020 I set out to step my largely vegan eating up a few notches. I came across Bright Line Eating. It has totally transformed my life! My mind, sleep, body, all of it! What we eat is linked to so many things. Sleep, brainpower, body function, our health, our happiness, the list goes on! One of my favorite pastimes is trying out new recipes, and eating overall! (Hence why I need to lose weight. lol)
Here are my favorite recipes at the moment. Not all Bright Line, but all totally drool-worthy and easy enough for anyone to make!
